The refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Fill in the refund form at murdermystory.com/refund with the email address you used to pay and your order or receipt number.

What we look at

• How complete and specific the form is
• Whether the game was played, and how far
• Technical problems on our side
• Earlier refund requests from the same email address

Full or partial refunds

Depending on what happened, we may refund the full amount or part of it.

How long it takes

We reply within five working days. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method and usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

After a full refund, the dinner and its stories can no longer be opened.
